At MetaJoy, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. We want you to love your tea ritual with our products. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days for a refund, store credit, or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

  1. Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original sale condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the order delivery date.

The following items are NOT eligible for return or exchange:

Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page or receipt.

Gift cards.

Any product that has been used, altered, washed, or damaged.

  1. How to Initiate a Return
    To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us First. Please email our customer service team at 3173553648@qq.com within the 30-day return window. Include your order number and the reason for your return.

Step 2: Receive Authorization. We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct return shipping address. Returns sent without an RA number will not be accepted.

Step 3: Ship Your Return. Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, include the RA number inside the package, and ship it to the address provided. For your protection, we highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. MetaJoy is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, damaged, or misdirected.

  1. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status via email.

Upon approval, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note: Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  1. Exchanges
    We currently offer direct exchanges only for defective items or items we shipped incorrectly.

To request an exchange, please contact us at 3173553648@qq.com with your order details and clear photos/videos of the issue.

For all other cases (size, color, style change), we recommend processing a return for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.

  1. Return Shipping & Address

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Important: All returns must be sent to the specific warehouse address provided with your RA number. Please do not send returns to our corporate office address listed below, as this will delay processing.

  1. Final Sale & Sale Items

All items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Eligible non-final sale items purchased during a promotional event may be returned for store credit only.

  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
    We sincerely apologize if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and its packaging.

We will promptly arrange for a prepaid return label and, upon receipt, send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any original shipping charges.
