Processing Time: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.

Order Verification: For security purposes, some orders may undergo verification, which could extend processing by 1 business day. We will notify you if needed.

Order Modifications: Contact us immediately at 3173553648@qq.com to modify or cancel your order. Changes can only be made before your order enters the fulfillment stage.

  1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within China and to selected international destinations. Please proceed to checkout to see if we deliver to your country.

  1. Domestic Shipping (Mainland China)

Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $60 USD. Delivery within 5–10 business days.

Express Shipping: $3 USD. Delivery within 3–5 business days.

Processing occurs within the standard 2–4 business days before shipment begins.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and logistics conditions.

Shipping costs and delivery times vary significantly depending on the destination country:

Standard International: 10–25 business days after shipment. (Free on orders over $60 USD to select regions).

Express International: 5–12 business days after shipment (available in selected countries).

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are not included in the product or shipping costs. Please check your local regulations before ordering.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey.

  1. Delivery & Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or insufficient addresses provided at checkout.

Once the package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier’s tracking system, MetaJoy is no longer liable for loss or theft.

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, reshipping fees will apply.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with clear photos of the product and all packaging. We will assist you promptly under our Returns Policy.
